As resident property taxes help support CHRC, Resident Rates are discounted. Our Resident Service Area boundaries are:
North Boundary - Approximately 6560 South
South Boundary - Little Cottonwood Creek until it intersects 8600 South
East Boundary - The Federal Reserve Line (roughly the mountains)
West Boundary - Approximately 1400 East
Boundary Exceptions: Alta Hills #1, Oakcrest #1, Willowcreek #14, Creekside Estates #14 and Tanglewood subdivision.
If you do not live in our Service Area Resident boundaries, you are still welcome to become a Non-Resident member at a rate that allows everyone to enjoy our facility. You must provide proof of residency, such as a current utility bill, with your name and address on it to receive the Resident rate (a driver's license will not work).
