Water Fitness Classes

The Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center offers a variety of water fitness classes that may be accessed per class or with a combo punch card. Classes are included with an Ultimate Membership! 

Whether you're a regular fitness junkie or a rookie, we have classes for all ability levels! Must be 14 or older to participate in Group water and land fitness classes, pre-register, and obtain a wristband prior to entering classes.
