Lifeguard Training Courses (American Red Cross)

Lifeguard Training course includes First Aid and CPR. Pre-screening is required to take this course. To prepare for the pre-screen, please regularly swim 300m, tread water without hands for 2 minutes, and practice diving to the bottom of a 14 foot pool. Participants must be 15 years of age or older by the last day of this class to take course. Participants not working at CHRC following the completion of class will be required to pay $100 upon receiving the Red Cross certificate.
