Pavilion Reservation Information

All reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.

Pavilion must be reserved in person at CHRC &  patrons must be a resident of Cottonwood Heights City to reserve this park pavilion from Jan 2 - March 31.  Please check residency before making reservation.  

On April 1st reservations will be open to all and may be done online or in person.  

Pavillions availible to rent from:  April 15 - October 15.  

  • After October 15th and prior to April 15th
    •  bathrooms may or may not be available
    •  garbage cans may or may not be completely emptied, etc.

Pricing

Monday - Friday:

  • 8am - 2pm: $60
  • 4pm - 10pm: $60
  • Full Day: $90

Saturdays & Sundays:

  • 8am - 10pm ONLY $90

Bounce Houses, Slip and Slides, Ice Blocking, Dunk Tanks and other Blow up rides are NOT allowed in this park due to liability related issues. 

**Pavilion rental DOES NOT include use of athletic fields or immediate green space** 

Per city policy Food Trucks are allowed as long as they only serve YOUR party and there is an extra $50 charge to have it.
